Welcome to Bclear Privacy Notice ("Notice"). This Notice is intended to provide you information on how your personal information is being collected and processed. If you are a California consumer our California-Specific Privacy Notice Supplement ("CA Supplement") also applies to you, in addition to this Notice.
We keep our Notice and CA Supplement under regular review, so we may change it from time to time. In this case, we will update this webpage. In case we are required to do so by law, we will seek your consent to any material changes we made in our Notice. You should periodically check this website for updates. You should not use our services if you disagree with this Notice.

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice:
“CCPA” refers to the California Consumer Privacy Act.

1. Active Submission

7. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, or market the Services or any goods or services to children.

8. Categories of Personal Information Collected and Processed
Over the past 12 months, we collected and processed the following categories of California residents’ personal information:
Identifiers such as a real name, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address or other similar identifiers;
Any categories of personal information described in subdivision (e) of Section 1798.80, including, but not limited to, names, addresses, telephone numbers, levels of education, employment information, and employment histories;
nternet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, search history, and information regarding a California resident’s interaction with an website, application, or advertisement;
Electronic or similar information; and
Inferences drawn from any of the information identified in this subdivision to create a profile about a California resident reflecting their preferences or characteristics.
9. Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:
Right to know: It is your right to request that we inform you of what personal information we have collected or used about you. If you wish to exercise your right to know, please submit an email request to privacy@bclear.com and include “California Request to Know” in the subject line.
Right to request deletion of personal information: It is your right to request that we delete the personal information that we have collected from you. To submit a request to delete personal information, please submit an email request to privacy@bclear.com or mail a written request to <address> and include “California Request to Delete” in the subject line. Please specify in your request the personal information about you that you would like to have deleted, which can be all of the personal information we have collected from you as required by the CCPA.
Right to opt out of sale of personal information: It is your right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
Right to non-discrimination: We may not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA.
To exercise any of the above rights, we may ask you to provide certain information to verify your identity.. The information that we ask you to provide to verify your identity will depend on your prior interactions with us and the sensitivity of the personal information at issue. We will respond to your request in accordance with the CCPA.
10. Sale of Your Personal Information; No Sale
We do not sell California residents’ personal information. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
